Pricing

Two ways to work with us

Straightforward files start at $150 a month and are priced by transaction volume, so a small file costs what a small file should. Everything else gets looked at properly and quoted as a fixed number before any work starts.

Custom quote

Scoped per file quoted before any work starts

For everything the flat tier does not cover. We look at the actual file, then give you a fixed number — no hourly meter running in the background.

How we price

No meter, no surprises

You are quoted before work starts

Scope, price and delivery dates are agreed in writing first. Nothing is billed against an hourly meter you cannot see.

Your margin stays yours

We bill your firm, not your client. What you charge on top is your business, and we have no visibility into it and no opinion about it.

Start with one file

There is no minimum volume and no annual commitment. Move the second file when the first one has earned it.

A note on margin

What you charge your client is your business

We invoice your firm. You set your own fee, and we have no visibility into it and no opinion about it. The point of this arrangement is that the work costs you less than delivering it in-house — the difference is yours to keep, reinvest, or pass on. That is your call, not ours.

Not sure which tier a file lands in? Send us the details at hello@apar.ca and we will tell you before you have to commit to anything.

Get a number for your actual file.

Describe the file on a short call and we will tell you which tier it falls into and what it costs — before you move any work.
